  If you're thinking of ordering from Papa Johns in High Wycombe please think again! Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I'm a loyal customer who orders from them at the very least once a month. Last time I had to deal with a very rude person on the phone, although I let that slide and decided to give them another chance. Yesterday I received a phone call advising my takeaway was outside and he had 'been there for 10 minutes.'
  I'd just like to state he was knocking on the communal door to our block of flats, not my actual flat door. He was extremely rude when I tried to explain to him that he needs to open the door in order to get to my front door. After him refusing to do so, I came downstairs to the communal door and tried to explain that he was not knocking on the right door hence why it had taken me a while to realize he was there. He was the most argumentative, passive aggressive a**hole i have had the dissatisfaction of being served by. Fair enough he had been waiting a while, i completely understand the frustration. But when you order from a company so often surely they should now know the basics.. i.e how to get to your front door?!
  Anyway i explained where my front door was and why I couldn't of heard him. But there was nothing I could have said to get past his stinking attitude.
  At the end of the day, he had my number. If you call me after waiting for so long, why not phone me sooner? Instead of waiting 10 minutes and then taking your anger out on a loyal and frequent customer?
  Anyway this ended in my boyfriend hearing how the delivery man spoke to me and he ended up having a word himself. Funny how once he got involved the man was the perfect gentleman.
  No way to treat or speak to a customer, I don't care how bad of a day you've had or how long you've been waiting for!

  Would never order this again. The most terrible pizza. I ate one slice and threw the rest in the bin.

  Very good pizza!! Finally found pizza with pork meat!! Very good quality!! Highly recommended!!
