  terrrible service! had to wait ages for EVERYTHING! me and my mum only ordered a starter and a dessert and were there for an extremely long time. took them far too long to get our ice creams and there were only a couple of customers besides us, and probably about 5-10 members of staff, all who ignored us. walked past our table and didn't clear off our food, didn't take our money left on the bill, would just walk past you and not take any notice to anything you needed. people next to us waited about 10-15 minutes before even being served! terrible especially when you've got a large amount of staff and hardly any customers.

  Service was not fantastic. We were not offered refills of drinks. Steak was not medium rare as requested it was more like medium/well done. Presentation if food was also dash. Part of the order was wrong. Proffiteroles looked like they had been shown the chocolate sauce, rather than having it poured over them. Very disappointing. Won't be going back in a hurry.
